About the challenge:

This is a hackathon which challenges your skills, abilities and command over frontend technologies to make the stunning and cutting edge applications.

Requirements

What to Build:

Problem Statement 1: Self-Replicating 2D Operating System in the Browser

Build a fully functional 2D operating system (OS) that runs entirely in the browser. The OS must simulate essential operating system features, such as a dynamic windowing system, file management, and interactivity. All data and functionality must reside in memory during runtime.

Problem Statement 2: 2D Browser-Based Virtual Economy Simulator

Create a 2D virtual economy simulator in the browser where users can trade, produce, and manage resources. The simulator should dynamically adjust prices, simulate market behavior, and allow users to interact with the economy in real time. All logic and data should remain in memory.

Problem Statement 3: 2D Browser-Based Animation Studio

Develop a browser-based 2D animation studio that allows users to design, animate, and preview scenes. The tool should include a scene editor, timeline animation, playback system, and dynamic styling capabilities. Users can place shapes, text, and images on a canvas, define animations via keyframes, and preview the results in real-time.

Problem Statement 4: Browser-Based Code Editor

Develop a browser-based code editor that allows users to write, edit, and preview HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code in real-time. The editor should provide a seamless experience for experimenting with code, offering features like error handling, syntax highlighting, and the ability to save or reset code.

Problem Statement 5: Customizable Drag-and-Drop Dashboard

Create a web-based customizable dashboard where users can add, remove, and rearrange widgets using a drag-and-drop interface. The widgets can include items like a clock, weather display, to-do list, or simple text notes.

Problem Statement 6: Real-Time Collaborative Text Editor

Build a browser-based real-time collaborative text editor where multiple users can edit the same document simultaneously. The application should handle live updates and reflect changes for all connected users. Simulate real-time collaboration locally without a backend by using browser APIs like localStorage or Web Storage.

Problem Statement 7: Interactive Quiz Platform

Create an interactive, browser-based quiz platform where users can take quizzes on various topics, view their scores in real-time, and receive feedback on their answers.

Problem Statement 8: Interactive Photo Gallery

Build a browser-based interactive photo gallery where users can upload, view, and organize images. The gallery should allow users to sort images by categories, view them in a full-screen modal, and filter them based on tags or categories.

Problem Statement 9: Dynamic Product Filter

Build a dynamic product filter for an e-commerce website where users can filter products by category, price range, and ratings. The products should be displayed in a grid format, and the filter options should be interactive, updating the displayed products in real-time.

What to Submit:  You need to submit a video file which shows how your project works.
